Confusing words in English

#. Here are some confusing words given as follows: কখন In Time ও কখন On Time ব্যবহৃত হয়? • In time & on time ঠিক সময়ে ( অর্থাৎ, কাটায় কাটায়) হলে on time, আর ঠিক সময়ে না হলে in টাইম । কখন Sick ও কখন ill ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Sick & ill অল্প সময়ের জন্য অসুস্থ হলে sick,  দীর্ঘ সময়ের জন্য হলে ill হবে। কখন Cool ও কখন Cold ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Cool & cold আরামদায়ক ঠান্ডা হলে cool, কষ্টদায়ক হলে cold হয়। কখন Hot ও কখন Warm ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Hot & warm আরামদায়ক গরম হলে warm, কষ্টদায়ক হলে Hot হবে। কখন Handsome ও কখন Beautiful ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Handsome & beautiful ছেলেরা Handsome আর মেয়েরা beautiful হয় কখন Low ও কখন Short ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Low & Short ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে short আর বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে low হয় কখন Put ও কখন Keep ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Put & Keep অল্প সময়ের জন্য রাখলে put,  দীর্ঘ সময়ের জন্য বুঝালে keep হয়। কখন Drown ও কখন Sink ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Drown & Sink প্রাণী ডুবলে drown, বস্তু ডুবলে sink কখন Hope ও কখন Wish ব্যবহৃত হয়? • Hope & Wish বাস্তব আশার ক্ষেত্রে hope, অবাস্তব আশার ক্ষেত্রে wish হ

Write a Complain letter against senior colleague.

To, Executive Director,   Technical Operations, HRML Sub: Complain against a senior colleague. After having an opportunity to work on calibration, as per honorable Executive Director Sir's instructions, I tried my best to strongly establish the calibration system at HRML for a couple of months as of the beginning of the year 2021. And I sent a requisition (Req. No: HRML/101/2021) for some calibration instruments dated 01 March 2021.  After a few days, honorable Executive Director sir told me to work and report to Md. Alam Sir for calibration activities as he would have looked after it previously. Since then, I endeavored my best to work with him and hoped that I would be able to brush up my practical knowledge on it. But all my efforts are fully gone in vain. Here are some cons which I have been faced as follows:  01. I requested Md. Alam Sir to assist me regarding a requisition (Req. No: HRML/101/2021) sent dated 01 March 2021. But he ignored it. 02.
