MOTIVATION LETTER FOR CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings!

I am Md. Rahman, I would like to study for a Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering at the University of Padua. Currently, I am working as an “Assistant Executive” at JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Limited, a well-reputed Medical Device manufacturing company in Bangladesh.

I have accomplished a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ideal Polytechnic Institute under Bangladesh Technical Education Board. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from ASD University in Bangladesh (Year of completion: 2021, CGPA: 3.51).

During under graduation, I studied the following subjects likes Control System, Electrical Circuit, Electronics, Energy Conversion, Electrical and Electronics Circuit Simulation, Continuous Signal and Liner System, Digital Electronics, Power System, Microprocessors and Interfacing, VLSI, Optoelectronics, Computer Programming, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. To gain industrial experience and apply my knowledge into skills, I completed an Internship Course at ABC Beverage Limited. When I was in final year at my university, I successfully completed an “IOT Based Plant Monitoring System”. The key goal of my project was to develop Indoor Agriculture Plant using IOT System.

In the age of modernization, our organization is being equipped with an automation system and their maintenance, repair and modifications are very sophisticated than conventional equipment, where I have an ABC knowledge of automation systems such as PLC and HMI which are not enough for figure out issues in maintenance and resolve them accordingly. For this reason, I have decided to do a Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering. This major involves designing, developing and implementing sensors, robotic systems and automation for applications across a wide range of technological sectors. I personally believe that by doing the Master’s degree, I will be able to cope with new challenges in the future and will be able to serve my organization and my country better.

There are many organizations situated in Italy such as Sacmi, Comau, Celeffi and Solar Edge Automation Machines they are developing Electrical, Mechanical, and Automation Engineering. Italy is one of the best countries that have been leading for many years with respect to inventions and the production of a multitude of communication and automation technologies with their specific system components.

The University of Padua provides the perfect study atmosphere for international students with affordable tuition fees and excellent quality education. I aspire that Control Systems Engineering will give me the best career in future. In the recent era, Industrial sectors have rapidly increased in Bangladesh. Many manufacturers are going towards automation technologies and are using modern machines, control systems and information technologies to optimize the productivity of goods and fast delivery of services and are creating many job vacancies in that field.

I hope that I have been able to convince you of my capabilities and passionate motivation to start studying for the Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering at the University of Padua.

প্রথমেই মনে রাখতে হবে যে ইংরেজি হচ্ছে একটা ভাষা, যা চর্চা করতে করতে আয়ত্ব করা যায়। যেকোনো ভাষাই শেখার জন্য চারটি ধাপ থাকে,  যেমনঃ  01. Reading  02. Writing  03. Listening  04. Speaking সহজ ভাবে যদি বলি, যত বেশি বেশি Listening করবেন তত দ্রুত আপনার Speaking এ Improve করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও, Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট একটা Topic বা বিষয়ে Listening এর পাশাপাশি নিজে নিজে বলার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। কারো সাথে Practice করতে পারলে বা বলতে পারলে অর্থাৎ এক-দুই জন পার্টনার থাকলে এক্ষেত্রে আরও ভালো হয়। যত বেশি বেশি Reading ও Listening বুঝতে পারবেন তত দ্রুত Writing এ Improve করতে পারবেন। আবার Writing এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিদিন কিছুনা কিছু লিখতে হবে এবং সেটা অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে অর্থাৎ  ভালো লিখতে পারে এমন কাউকে দিয়ে Check করিয়ে নিতে পারলে লেখায় দ্রুত উন্নতি করা সম্ভব হয়। এছাড়া, Writing এর জন্য Online থেকে Grammarly এর সহায়তা ও নেওয়া যেতে পারে। Writing এর জন্য English এ Grammar যতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে Grammar ততটা না জানলেও সমস্যা নেই। Speaking টা হচ্ছে আপনি আপনার সামনের লোকটাকে বুঝিয়ে নিতে পারা বা

একটি সূত্র বা ফর্মুলা দিয়ে অর্থাৎ একটা Basic Sentence Structure দিয়ে যে কোন ইংলিশ বাক্য লিখুন … অসংখ্য নিয়ম শিখতে হবে না এই একটা নিয়ম শিখেই প্রায় Translation (অনুবাদ) খুব সহজেই করা যায়। তাছাড়া এই structure টি আন্তজার্তিকভাবে ভাবে স্বীকৃত। সুন্দর ইংরেজি লেখার জন্য structure টি অনুসরন করা হয়। Sentence Structure  বা  Sequence: S  ✛  A  ✛  V  ✛  O1 O2  ✛  D1 D2  ✛  M1 M2  ✛  P  ✛  T  ✛  R ➩   S      =  Subject     (কে/কার) ➩   A     =  Adverb of frequency  = (Always, usually, normally, generally, often, frequently, sometimes, never, occasionally, hardly, rarely, seldom, ever etc.) ➩   V     =  Verb         (ক্রিয়া) ➩   O1   =  Object      কাকে? বা (কাকে ক্রিয়া করে) ➩   O2    =  Object      (কি করে) ➩   D1   =  Direction   (কোথা হতে) (গতি থাকতে হবে) = from ➩   D2   =  Direction   (কোন দিকে) (গতি থাকতে হবে) = to/towards ➩   M1  =  Modifier/adverb  (কিভাবে) ➩   M2  =  Modifier     (কার সাথে)= with/whom ➩   P      =  Place      (স্থান) বা কোথায়?
