MOTIVATION LETTER FOR ENERGY ENGINEERING

Dear Sir,

I am Md Rahman (Date of Birth:16th January 1990, Passport No: x...02864), working as an “Executive” of the Engineering Department at XYZ Limited from 04th September 2022 to now. The purpose of this letter is to express my interest in applying for the Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering at the University of Padua.

I would like to express my enthusiasm for learning Power Engineering at the University of Padua as a master's student. My undergraduate curriculum in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at ABC University introduced me to a wide variety of engineering subjects like Power Systems, Electrical Circuits, Electronics, Energy Conversion, Numerical Techniques, Digital Electronics, Power System Protection, Electrical Power Transmission and Distribution, Optoelectronics, Green Power and Energy, Industrial Management and Control System, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, provided me with a strong command in the practical and theoretical concept of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

I was born in a rural area which was undeveloped. For this reason, my family moved towards the town of Cumilla for my higher education. I accomplished my Diploma in Electrical Engineering at ADS Ideal Polytechnic Institute under Bangladesh Technical Education Board. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ABC University Bangladesh (Year of completion: 2017, CGPA: 3.51).

To gain industrial experience and apply my knowledge into skills, I successfully completed an internship course at XZ Beverage Limited. And also, I have successfully completed an “IOT Based Plant Monitoring System” project. The key goal of my project was to develop Indoor Agriculture Plant using IOT System. At the same time, I was involved with a few clubs at my universities such as Cultural Club, Rotary Club and EEE club which assisted me to gain knowledge on Leadership, Organizational and Social skills.

The University of Padua offers high-quality education with affordable tuition fees. Italy is a modern and peaceful country, and the cost of living is also affordable among others countries in Europe. Getting an academic degree from the University of Padua will be a tremendous international experience, which will enhance my organizational performance and career growth. There are many kinds of power plants situated in Bangladesh like Oil, Hydroelectric, Solar, Coal, Gas, Nuclear power Plant etc. I believe that this opportunity will have a huge positive impact on my long-term career in the field of the Power Sector and Power plant industries in Bangladesh.

I am looking forward to studying at the University of Padua as the best applicant with relevant working experience and education qualifications. I am keenly interested in applying my knowledge and skills in the job sectors of my country which I would achieve from the University of Padua if I get the chance.

0২). ইংরেজীতে কিভাবে কথা বলা ও লেখা শেখা যায়? / কিভাবে Writing English এ উন্নতি করা যায়? / How can I improve in spoken and writing English?

প্রথমেই মনে রাখতে হবে যে ইংরেজি হচ্ছে একটা ভাষা, যা চর্চা করতে করতে আয়ত্ব করা যায়। যেকোনো ভাষাই শেখার জন্য চারটি ধাপ থাকে,  যেমনঃ  01. Reading  02. Writing  03. Listening  04. Speaking সহজ ভাবে যদি বলি, যত বেশি বেশি Listening করবেন তত দ্রুত আপনার Speaking এ Improve করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও, Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট একটা Topic বা বিষয়ে Listening এর পাশাপাশি নিজে নিজে বলার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। কারো সাথে Practice করতে পারলে বা বলতে পারলে অর্থাৎ এক-দুই জন পার্টনার থাকলে এক্ষেত্রে আরও ভালো হয়। যত বেশি বেশি Reading ও Listening বুঝতে পারবেন তত দ্রুত Writing এ Improve করতে পারবেন। আবার Writing এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিদিন কিছুনা কিছু লিখতে হবে এবং সেটা অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে অর্থাৎ  ভালো লিখতে পারে এমন কাউকে দিয়ে Check করিয়ে নিতে পারলে লেখায় দ্রুত উন্নতি করা সম্ভব হয়। এছাড়া, Writing এর জন্য Online থেকে Grammarly এর সহায়তা ও নেওয়া যেতে পারে। Writing এর জন্য English এ Grammar যতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে Grammar ততটা না জানলেও সমস্যা নেই। Speaking টা হচ্ছে আপনি আপনার সামনে...

To, Executive Director,   Technical Operations, HRML Sub: Complain against a senior colleague. After having an opportunity to work on calibration, as per honorable Executive Director Sir's instructions, I tried my best to strongly establish the calibration system at HRML for a couple of months as of the beginning of the year 2021. And I sent a requisition (Req. No: HRML/101/2021) for some calibration instruments dated 01 March 2021.  After a few days, honorable Executive Director sir told me to work and report to Md. Alam Sir for calibration activities as he would have looked after it previously. Since then, I endeavored my best to work with him and hoped that I would be able to brush up my practical knowledge on it. But all my efforts are fully gone in vain.
