Sub: Report on the Fire Incident.


Dear Sir,
Greetings!

With reference to the incident that took place a couple of days ago in our FZ Textile Ltd., the following report is submitted after a thorough analysis of the facts. On 04th June 2022, a fire broke out around 07:00 pm in the FZ Textile Ltd. It experienced a tragic fire accident caused by leakage of electricity. It spread so quickly that it is engulfed a vast area consuming a large number of clothes and other materials which is kept on the 3rd floor of FZ Textile Ltd. The warehouse nearby started to burn due to that leakage and the fire spread to the floors on top. Employees who were on the 3rd floor were working and so everyone was inside the room. Some of the rooms were suffocated due to a lot of smoke and everyone in that building was alerted and escaped safely. Moreover, the six employees on the 3rd floor who sustained burn injuries were unable to come out of the room.

The firemen were informed immediately and saved the six employees from further injuries. The fire was extinguished after one hour. The six employees were taken to the nearby hospital with severe burn injuries. The doctors diagnosed them and declared that they were already dead. Further, the doctor told that they were already afflicted with asthma and they were killed by smoke and severe fire injuries.

Under investigations, it is found that the fire broke out because of a short circuit in the switch box. As all the fittings in the rooms were in operation, the fire chanced to spread very fast. This devastating fire accident has resulted in a loss of six employees and a lakhs & lakhs of Taka.

Recommendations to prevent such mishaps:

In order to avert or overcome such mishaps in future, the following precautions are recommended:

  • The worn-out wiring should be immediately replaced and checked at regular intervals for leakages.
  • It is extremely necessary to install more fire extinguishers at vantage points.
  • Proper fuses must be installed to avoid the excess flow of current.
  • Employees should be trained to handle the electric components safely along with fire extinguishers.
  • Fire alarms should be installed in FZ Textile Ltd. since a lot of employees work in this Textile.

If the above measures are implemented forthwith, such accidents can be prevented in future and thereby great loss of property and humans can be averted.

প্রথমেই মনে রাখতে হবে যে ইংরেজি হচ্ছে একটা ভাষা, যা চর্চা করতে করতে আয়ত্ব করা যায়। যেকোনো ভাষাই শেখার জন্য চারটি ধাপ থাকে,  যেমনঃ  01. Reading  02. Writing  03. Listening  04. Speaking সহজ ভাবে যদি বলি, যত বেশি বেশি Listening করবেন তত দ্রুত আপনার Speaking এ Improve করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও, Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট একটা Topic বা বিষয়ে Listening এর পাশাপাশি নিজে নিজে বলার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। কারো সাথে Practice করতে পারলে বা বলতে পারলে অর্থাৎ এক-দুই জন পার্টনার থাকলে এক্ষেত্রে আরও ভালো হয়। যত বেশি বেশি Reading ও Listening বুঝতে পারবেন তত দ্রুত Writing এ Improve করতে পারবেন। আবার Writing এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিদিন কিছুনা কিছু লিখতে হবে এবং সেটা অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে অর্থাৎ  ভালো লিখতে পারে এমন কাউকে দিয়ে Check করিয়ে নিতে পারলে লেখায় দ্রুত উন্নতি করা সম্ভব হয়। এছাড়া, Writing এর জন্য Online থেকে Grammarly এর সহায়তা ও নেওয়া যেতে পারে। Writing এর জন্য English এ Grammar যতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Speaking এর ক্ষেত্রে Grammar ততটা না জানলেও সমস্যা নেই। Speaking টা হচ্ছে আপনি আপনার সামনে...

          Sound, Letter & Alphabet : Sound (ধ্বনি) : মানুষ কথা বলে মনের ভাব অন্যের কাছে প্রকাশ করে। আর, মানুষের মুখের এই কথাকেই বলা হয় ভাষা। মানুষ মুখ থেকে অথপূর্ণ ধ্বনি বা Sound উচ্চারণ করে কথা বলে। কাজেই, কথা বা ভাষার মূল উপাদান হচ্ছে Sound বা ধ্বনি । অতএব, কোনো word উচ্চারণ করার সময় মানুষ বাগযন্ত্রের সাহায্যে যে আওয়াজ সৃষ্টি করে তাকে Sound বা ধ্বনি বলে। Sound is the meaningful uniqe utterance of language. Letter (বর্ণ) :   ভাষা লেখার সাংকেতিক চিহ্নকে Letter (লেটার) বা বর্ণ বলে। Letter ছাড়া ভাষা লেখা যায় না। ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ভাষায় Letter ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হয়। অতএব, ভাষা লেখার জন্য যে সব সাংকেতিক চিহ্ন বা প্রতীক ব্যবহার করা হয় তাদের প্রত্যেকটিকে Letter বা বর্ণ বলে। A Letter is a sign or symbol which is used for writing a language. শব্দের সর্বাপেক্ষা ক্ষুদ্র একক হলো Letter। ইংরেজি ভাষায় Letter-এর সংখ্যা 26টি । Letter গুলো হলো : A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z.
